MANAGEMENT OF TASKS AND ACTIONS

The management system must facilitate follow up on proposed actions and avoid non-conformities. In order to achieve this, prosafety has an action management system (corrective, preventive) that includes the description of the action to be carried out, the person responsible for it and the deadline for the resolution.

The actions have their own statuses and follow a simple flow (pending or completed), or more complex flow (with action delegation, approval by superior management, request for postponement, etc.).

ALERTS AND EMAILS

In order to reinforce follow up on actions, the apps have a panel where you can see all pending tasks and alerts for each organization. In addition to important events such as the notification of an accident, assignation of an action or a task to be carried out, the tool is able to send a notification via email. This quick and simple notification saves time and avoids confusion about responsibilities.

The email can be sent to the responsible person or to a group. It can also include a link to the app so the people responsible can fill out relevant information.

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SIGNATURES

In order to justify compliance with a task or an assigned action, prosafety has incorporated a new electronic signature system.

This system is linked to user authentication in order to ensure the person identified in the app with their username and password is the person who signed and not someone else.

This system has been validated to substitute the paper signature in certifiable systems such as OHSAS or ISO.
