In order to guarantee successful implementation of specific safety system and program software, implementation must be managed as a project, both to provide support to already implemented programs and to accompany implementation of new safety programs.
This safety project requires a specific work team made up of client personnel that knows the programs and can lead the change, and of prosafety personnel that can provide their knowledge and experience about the tool and its implementation.
The project team's mission will basically consist of leading management of the change within the organization, considering not only the software tool and technical issues, but also key stakeholder identification and their expectations, identification and management of possible resistance to change, communication of changes within the organization, user training and a detailed plan to carry out efficient deployment.
