CONFIGURABLE, FLEXIBLE AND SCALABLE SYSTEM

The management module allows you to adapt the app to your organization. You can define the values that appear in the drop down fields, compulsory or not visible fields, personalized fields, documentation to request from contractor companies, risk assessment method, profile access via a system of roles (who can do what), the hierarchy system of the company, etc. This modular system allows you to implement apps progressively, adapting them to the changing needs of each organization.

MULTI-LANGUAGE

Our multi-language apps allow each user to see the screens in their language. You can interactively change the language immediately.

EASY TO INSTALL

The base architecture of the system makes installation and start-up easy and robust and allows two basic ways to install the tool:

  • Classic installation: On a client server, for use on corporate intranet that is geographically distributed, allows use only with one web browser.
  • Cloud Computing model, where the app is on our secure servers. This allows for new modules like solution renting, pay per use, very low initial investment, etc.
